How do I create an account?
Click "Register" and fill in your details. You'll receive an activation email — click the link to verify your address, then upload the required documents to complete your account.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification (KYC) protects both buyers and sellers, prevents fraud, and is required to take part in auctions. Your documents are stored securely and only accessible to the organisers of the sales you take part in.
How long does validation take?
Once all your documents are uploaded, your account is technically complete and you can request to take part in sales. Approval for a specific sale is then granted by the sale organiser.
Can I change my personal information?
Yes. Go to "My profile" to update your contact details at any time. Your email address is fixed as it is your verified login — contact us if you need to change it.
How does a live auction work?
During a live sale, lots are presented one by one. Approved bidders can place bids in real time from the online sale room, synced with the physical auction room. The highest bid when the lot closes wins.
What happens if two people bid at the same time?
Bids are processed in the order they are received by the server. The system records each bid with a precise timestamp, so the first valid bid at a given amount takes precedence.
Who can place bids?
Only registered bidders with complete documents who have been approved to take part in that specific sale can place bids. This ensures every participant is verified.
What are the buyer's fees and payment terms?
Fees, accepted payment methods, deadlines and invoicing are set by the sale organiser. Please refer to the Terms of Sale (CGV) available on the page of the sale concerned.
Can I get more information about a horse, a vet check or X-rays?
Information about the horses — including veterinary examinations, radiographs and pre-sale visits — is provided by the sale organiser. Each lot page shows the available details; for anything further, and for the conditions of sale, please refer to the organiser and the Terms of Sale (CGV) of the sale concerned.
What about transport, delivery and after-sale matters?
Jumpingaccess provides the auction platform; the sale itself is conducted by the organiser. Transport, delivery, warranties and any after-sale matters are governed by the organiser's Terms of Sale (CGV) for the sale concerned.
Is my personal data protected?
Yes. Sensitive documents (ID, bank details) are stored outside the public web root, with access restricted to the organisers of the sales you take part in. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do you ensure fair bidding?
Every bid is recorded by the platform with a precise timestamp and origin. Only verified, approved bidders can participate, which keeps each sale fair and traceable.
